What is the difference between Standard and Advanced level certification? Students aiming to achieve Standard Level certification need to complete an assessment booklet which asks them various questions about their placements with a view to assisting students in an evaluation of their placement. For Advanced Level certification students complete a similar but more demanding assessment booklet and are also required to compile a portfolio of work. This portfolio should include (among other things) the student's CV, their Letter of Motivation to either an employer or Placement Organiser, a diary that accounts for all work undertaken by the student during their placement and evidence of work undertaken. As more students demand added value to their courses, work related qualifications and an overseas experience that will benefit their future careers, our Work Experience Placement Programme is becoming an increasingly popular choice for overseas students wishing to study in the UK. | Summary of key benefits for students:
- Learn English in a real working environment
