London Meridian College is an accredited training centre for CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety.

This award comprises:

  • CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness in Catering
  • CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety Induction for Manufacturing
  • CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness for Retail

This qualification is aimed at anyone working in an environment where there is food. The programme concentrates on the information you need to know before you start work in a food environment.

The course is a half day course i.e 4 hours including an exam at the end.

Courses are held every last Friday of the month from 15:00-19:00

The price for this course is £69 which includes materials and your exam papers.

This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environment Health and not by the British Council.
