We hope that the Booking Procedure Guide gives you more information on how to book your chosen accommodation. If you feel that the booking procedure does not apply to you and need more information, please feel free to contact us and we will be only delighted to answer your questions

  • Once you have decided what accommodation you wish to book please follow the booking instructions by clicking BOOK NOW on your selected product
  • A booking fee of £49 will be added automatically and is non refundable
  • If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please download the Accommodation Application form and send it to us by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Once we have received your application you will be issued with an invoice. Once we have received your payment:
  • If you are a visa national and require address for your visa application, we will provide you with the provisional address. After you have received your visa your booking will be passed to the external agency, SimpleStudy who will then issue you with the family address. Please remember that they require 2 weeks notice to meet your accommodation requirements. If you cannot provide 2 weeks notice prior to your arrival they will notify you what options they have available for you to choose. If you are provided a cheaper accommodation the difference will be refunded to you. You may have to pay extra if only a more expensive accommodation is available or choose to wait for 2 weeks before your requested accommodation becomes available.
  • If you are not a visa national and do not require a visa to enter UK, your request will be passed to SimpleStudy upon the receipt of payment. Simplestudy will then proceed to book your accommodation and will send you your address to the email you have given us. 2 week notice is also required as above
  • Accommodation can be cancelled however at least 2 week's notice prior to the start date needs to be given
  • Please note that no refunds are issued once visa has been received.
  • Once your booking has been passed to SimpleStudy you should contact them directly.
